The property was very well presented by the tenants; however, the tenants were quite private and reluctant to Private Inspections and Home Opens. Following a face-to-face meeting, the tenants agreed to 2 weekly time slots to get potential buyers through by appointment only. This resulted in a 3-week campaign, with 35 inspections with a total sales result very close to the asking price.
